Your monthly package will expire 30 days after your first payment. So if you do not use the 4 sessions you cannot carry any unused sessions to any month in the future.

Swedish massage is the most common type of massage at the spa. It combines various hands on techniques gliding, kneading, cross fiber friction to break up muscle knots. It promotes relaxation. If its your first time at the spa or you don’t get massages very often, Swedish is the perfect massage for you.

Is similar to Swedish, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons & fascia (the protective layer surrounding the muscles, bones, & joints).

While receiving a pregnancy massage you are positioned on your side using specially designed bolsters pillows to allow the therapist access to your back . Massage during pregnancy offers undeniable physical benefits throughout every prenatal stage. Massage during the weeks after delivery helps restore muscle tone in the abdomen & reposition the pelvis.

Shiatsu is a massage in which pressure is applied to the same points of the body as in acupuncture. Please communicate with the therapist about how much pressure will work for you.  

Sports Therapy

​Range of Motion (R.O.M), stretching sports massage can also be adapted to pre event & post event massage.

Pre event: More compression & percussion pressure movements to invigorate the muscle & prepare it for activity.

Post event: More relaxing sweeping strokes to assist the body in removing waste products and gentle stretching to maintain flexibility.

Customized massages include:

Trigger Point: This type of massage will focus on highly irritable points in a muscle which contributes critically to a fall, pain, blow, trauma, strain, injury, illness, or emotional wounding. This procedure is applied by having you take deep breaths when pressure is given between trigger points. This will help ease & break the knots in your muscles faster for the muscle to release itself with every deep breath you take. Please communicate with the therapist about how much pressure will work for you.  

Neuromuscular: Is similar to an Acupressure treatment for acute & stubborn pain that will not gain relief from a normal massage therapist treatment. This procedure provides a treatment plan that can point to the cause of the pain.

Cranial Sacral: A system which encourages the body to rebalance & heal itself. Non invasive form of bodywork that addresses the bones of the head spinal column & sacrum seeks to restore the natural position of the bones & can decrease stress from migraine, headaches, neck pain, back pain, TMJ. Using palpitation couples w/ a very subtle manipulative technique. Effects lasts up to 3 weeks even after therapy ended. Reduce swelling, improve vision, sharpen cognition, improve functioning of organs, enhance breathing, increase energy levels to allow restful sleep, relaxation, & provide a sense of wellness.

COMING SOON – Hot Stone: 90/120 min session

Is a specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth heated stones as n extension of their own hands. The heat can be both deeply relaxing & help warm up the muscles. First, the therapist warms up the body with a traditional Swedish massage then massages you while holding a heated stone. Also, can leave heated stones in specific points along your spine in the palms of your hands or even between your toes to improve the flow of energy in your body.

Aroma Therapy: Is a form of mental massage using essential oils. Pleasant aromas are used to influence the brain by working on the mood of the atmosphere.
